The Directorate of Social and Medical Assistance organizes a competition for the occupation of two positions, contractual functions of execution, of indefinite duration, of a dentist/dentist, vacancies at the Medical Office Service

2.1. People who meet the general conditions provided by art. can participate in the competition. 3 of the Annex to GD no. 286/2011, with subsequent amendments and additions.

2.2. Specific conditions provided in the job description, related to the contractual function of execution of dentist/dentist:
Studies: undergraduate university studies graduated with a diploma, respectively long-term higher studies, graduated with a bachelor's degree or equivalent in the field of health, dentistry/dental medicine specialization.
Seniority in the specialty of studies: minimum 1 (one) year.
- The tests established for the competition: selection of application files for the competition, written test and interview.
Each competition sample has an eliminatory character.
Only declared candidates admitted to the previous stage can appear at the next stage.
The conditions of the competition:
To register for the competition, candidates will submit the competition file until 08.04.2016 inclusive, at 2:00 p.m., at the Payroll Human Resources Service, within the Department of Social and Medical Assistance, P-ța Unirii, no. 1, room 32.
Date, time and place of organizing the stage of selection of registration files at the contest - 11.04.2016, 10:00 a.m., at the headquarters Directorate of Social and Medical Assistance, P-ța Unirii, no. 1, room 32.
Date, time and place of the organization of the written test: 18.04.2016., at 10.00 Cluj-Napoca municipality, Str. St. O. Joseph, no. 1 (on the premises of the Day Center for the Elderly no. 1), or in another location communicated to the candidates within the deadline. The date, time and place of the interview will be announced once the results of the written test are posted.
5. The competition file must contain the following documents:
- a) Application for registration to the contest addressed to the head of the organizing public institution;
- b) Copy of identity card or any other document certifying identity, according to the law, as the case may be;
- c) Copies of documents certifying the level of studies and other documents certifying the completion of specializations, as well as copies of documents certifying the fulfillment of the specific conditions of the position requested by the public authority or institution;
- d) Free practice authorization;
- e) Medical certificate attesting to the appropriate state of health issued no more than 6 months before the competition by the candidate's family doctor or by the authorized health units;
- f) Work book or, as the case may be, certificates attesting seniority in work, in the profession and/or in the specialty of studies, in copy;
- g) *Criminal record or a declaration on his own responsibility that he has no criminal record that would make him incompatible with the position for which he is applying;
- h) Curriculum vitae;
- i) Evidence that in the last 5 (five) years he was not sanctioned by the units where he worked and by the College of Doctors in Romania.
Copies of the above-mentioned documents are presented accompanied by the original documents, which is certified for compliance with the original by the competition committee secretariat.
*If the candidate submits a declaration on his own responsibility that he has no criminal record, if he is declared admitted to the selection of files, he has the obligation to complete the competition file with the original criminal record, at the latest until the date of the first test of the competition.
