Center for Social Inclusion is a social assistance unit established based on Decision no. 291/4 June 2013 of the Local Council of Cluj-Napoca, within the project POSDRU/96/6.2/S/63444- "Together for a safe start!"

About us

Center for Social Inclusion is a social assistance unit dedicated to promoting employment opportunities, professional training and facilitating the employment of Roma people, people with disabilities, as well as other categories of people at risk of marginalization and social exclusion.

The beneficiaries of the center are people of Roma ethnicity and people with disabilities, as well as other categories of socially marginalized people or at risk of marginalization and social exclusion.

The services offered

The services offered beneficiaries within the Social Inclusion Center are information, counseling, labor mediation on the domestic market and post-employment monitoring, support in starting lucrative and social economy projects. At the same time, professional training services are provided and access to professional training services is facilitated.

The information activity within the Social Inclusion Center is carried out by specialized staff. Through the information activity, beneficiaries are provided with information on the occupations, trades and professions sought on the labor market, salary and promotion at work, as well as the special conditions imposed by potential employers.

The counseling activity within the Social Inclusion Center is carried out by specialized staff who provide counseling services using a wide range of tools, individual and group counseling, the personalized identification, for each beneficiary, of a set of objectives and the mutual establishment of the action plan for it. Also, the center's staff evaluates the skills, interests and personality characteristics in order to provide professional guidance through aptitude tests and the creation of the psycho-professional profile of job applicants;

Practical applications are organized for them to learn job search techniques and tools (creating a CV, covering letter, presenting at an interview) to develop the skills and self-confidence of job seekers .

The mediation activity within the Center for Social Inclusion is provided by specialized staff and involves the identification of professional employment opportunities present on the labor market as well as connecting project beneficiaries who are looking for a job with potential employers. The specialized staff negotiates with employers in order to employ the beneficiaries, draws up the individual mediation plan and also monitors the beneficiaries post-employment.
