ANNOUNCEMENT The Directorate of Social and Medical Assistance, a public service subordinated to the Local Council of Cluj-Napoca, organizes a competition/examination for promotion to the professional grade immediately higher than the one held for civil servants within the Child and Family Protection Service, who cumulatively meet the prescribed conditions of art. 478, art. 479 and art. 597 paragraph (1) letter h) from GEO no. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code, with subsequent amendments and additions
