About
The Resource Center for Parents and Children has the role of providing support and assistance to children, adolescents and their families who are in a risk situation within the Cluj-Napoca municipality. The center also wants to contribute to improving the parenting skills of the adult beneficiaries.

The Resource Center for Parents and Children aims to:
- To identify children/adolescents and their families who are in a vulnerable situation within the radius of Cluj-Napoca municipality and to reduce their number;
- To provide adequate support to children/adolescents – information, advice on rights, advice on personal and professional development, etc., depending on the identified needs;
- To improve at community level parenting knowledge, attitudes and practices;
- To increase access to social services for children/adolescents and their parents/legal representatives, especially for those with fewer opportunities;
- To develop specific programs and activities for the prevention of risky behaviors among children/adolescents and their parents/relatives/other important persons for the child/adolescent, appropriate to their age, needs, development potential and particularities;
- To strengthen cooperation and communication between local actors in the area of social services for children/adolescents and their families.
