NOTICE
The Social and Medical Assistance Directorate, a public service subordinated to the Local Council of Cluj-Napoca Municipality, is organizing a recruitment competition to fill the following temporarily vacant public execution positions in the staff list of the Social and Medical Assistance Directorate:
- Inspector, class I, main professional grade at the Social Protection Service;
- Inspector, class I, main professional grade at the Assistance Service for People with Special Needs;
The tests set for the competition:
- a) selection of application files; b) written test; c) interview.
Only candidates declared admitted to the previous test may appear for the next test.
Conditions for conducting the contest:
The date by which registration files can be submitted:
- within 8 days from the date of publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part III (art. 72 paragraph (1) of GD no. 611/2008, with subsequent amendments and completions), starting with 09.09.2016.
Date, time and place of the organization of the written test:
– 21.09.2016, 10:00 a.m., headquarters of the Social and Medical Assistance Directorate in Cluj-Napoca,
Conditions for participating in the competition: The occupation of the above-mentioned public executive positions will be carried out in compliance with the general conditions provided for in art. 54 of Law no. 188/1999, (r2), with subsequent amendments and completions.
- Inspector, class I, main professional grade at the Social Protection Service;
studied university degree programs graduated with a diploma, respectively long-term higher education, graduated with a bachelor's degree or equivalent in social work, sociology, psychology and/or educational sciences, law.
seniority in the specialty of studies necessary for the exercise of public office: minimum 5 (five) years.
- Inspector, class I, main professional grade at the Assistance Service for People with Special Needs;
studied Bachelor's degree programs graduated with a diploma, respectively long-term higher education, graduated with a bachelor's degree or equivalent in social work, specializing in social work.
seniority in the specialty of studies necessary for the exercise of public office: minimum 5 (five) years.

Note: When studying the normative acts in the bibliography, candidates will take into account all republishings, amendments and additions made up to the date of the competition.
The competition application form is submitted to the secretariat of the competition committee (Str. Şt. O. Iosif, no. 2-4, room 4) and must necessarily contain the documents provided for in art. 49 of Government Decision no. 611/2008, with subsequent amendments and completions, namely:
- the registration form provided for in Annex No. 3 to Government Decision No. 611/2008, with subsequent amendments and supplements;
- copy of the identity document;
- copies of diplomas and other documents attesting to the completion of specializations;
- copy of the employment record or, where applicable, a certificate attesting to seniority in work and, where applicable, the specialty of studies necessary for holding the public office;
- criminal record;
- certificate attesting to the appropriate state of health, issued no more than 6 months prior to the competition by the candidate's family doctor or by the authorized health units;
- the declaration on one's own responsibility or the certificate attesting that he/she has not carried out political police activities;
The certificate attesting to the state of health clearly contains the number, date, name of the issuer and its capacity, in the standard format established by the Ministry of Public Health.
Copies of the documents provided above are submitted in legalized copies or accompanied by the original documents, which are certified for conformity with the original by the secretary of the competition committee.
The registration form is made available to candidates by the secretary of the competition committee within the public institution organizing the competition, the Social and Medical Assistance Directorate.
